The lungs are clear bilaterally. No focal consolidation, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax. The cardiac silhouette is normal in size. The mediastinal contours are unremarkable.

No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality.

Multidetector CT examination of the chest was performed with intravenous contrast using standard protocol.
